About Me
​​I'm a builder at heart. As a strategic operations leader, I specialize in scaling businesses from early-stage through successful exits and launching unique investment products.
I started my career in wealth management before joining FutureAdvisor, a digital wealth management firm, in 2014. There, I built our consumer operations team of 20+ and led B2B implementation across major financial institutions. When BlackRock acquired us, I led key aspects of the diligence process.
At BlackRock, I served as Director of Strategy & Operations for Alternative Investments in Seattle, leading a global team of 25+ supporting over 800 funds across multiple alternative asset classes. I served on the board of the Seattle Alternatives Asset Association (SAIA) for three years.
In 2020, I co-founded HomePace, a Home Equity Investment (HEI) company. As COO, I built our origination and servicing operations across 11 states, leading to a successful acquisition by Easyknock in 2024. After transitioning the business, I founded Cartograf Consulting to help other companies navigate similar growth challenges.
I'm a Bay Area transplant living in Seattle. When I'm not working, you can find me on the golf course, gardening, reading, or making something with my hands.
